Big-Picture Outlook

National tensions remained low this week, as both the eastern and western Libyan governments focused on internal factors.

Libyan National Army (LNA) Commander Khalifa Haftar continued his domestic tour, meeting with eastern media figures and activists.

The House of Representatives (HoR) and the High Council of State (HCS) continued to make an effort to complete a political deal.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) presented their efforts in Libya to the United Nations Security Council.
